Having served a multi-year stint as Rasky’s CEO and led high-profile client assignments in various industries, she has a track record of both providing counsel and producing bottom-line profitability. Rooted in her financial training, Ms. Carter approaches communication assignments with a sophisticated understanding of the pressures facing senior level leaders charged with achieving organizational objectives. Her critical thinking is well tested.

Ann is a trustee for Boston Arts Academy, The Clergy Health and Pension Trusts of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, and William James College as well as a pro-bono advisor to numerous nonprofit organizations. She was a longstanding member of the National Investor Relations Institute, The Commonwealth Institute and Bentley Executive Club of Boston.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College.
